Acessing your account online is fun too – they sent me a little calculator like gismo.
After I login to the banking site, I have to type some characters they display into my (password protected) gismo which then responds with a different set that then I have to type into the site. Takes a while to login.
To receive that gismo and online access is almost as time consuming and requires as much paperwork as the account itself. And once I had that in place, I was able to look at it and drool but couldn’t withdraw online, I needed to go through the whole song and dance all over again to be able to manage the account.
