Contacted bookmaker.com affiliate manager.. He said that they did take over the players from superior, but didn’t take over the affiliates..
I guess this means that “earn as long as the player plays” ended around half way of august.. Too bad and I don’t think I’ll be seeing my commissions soon.. 
The aff. manager did however asked me to sign up with their program.. couldn’t really think of a reason to do so….
