The minimum payout for the first commission payment is $200 so yes you would get paid, even if its just below $200 because we are flexible and handle each affiliate circumstance on an individual basis.
I have been an affiliate for quite some time and have never been paid by you as I had never met the minimum threshold. At the end of August my earnings were:

Therefore, shouldn’t I have been paid?
