I prefer via PM on a forum.
I don’t care for phone calls to my phone nor do I like spammy emails filling up my mailbox.
If I like the program and it performs well for me I will find the info I need on your website and this forum or I will contact you.
One or two emails a month isn’t too bad but any more is a waste of time. IMO
