With all due respect I sympathize with all they are going thru with the new program, however, I have pm’d Elliot here at CAP twice for the information he asked for, and have received no reply. I can understand I am one of many and I am very patient, just frustrated and would appreciate even a simple “I’m trying” or whatever the case is.
