I know that they do try to resolve the issues that I’ve emailed about. I would not always get a reply, but the funds would show up eventually.

That is the e-mail address I used the second time. (The first time I used the in-web mailer).
I just checked the status again, and it still shows July’s commission as unpaid. 
Guess I’ll give them a few more days before alarm bells start really ringing…
