I think the fact that they havent paid affiliates for their existing players and have publically refused to do so is more then reason enough to hit the ceiling.
I am owed over $20K also so my ceiling had cracks months ago.
I dont give a damn how pretty the software is. If you steal from affiliates you are a rogue and need to be shut down. Not sell out for a profit and walk away leaving new owners with your mess to try and clean up
