Hi Kwblue,
Casino Coins has a NO SPAM policy and require all emails to be double opt-in and verified. Many affiliates send to mailing lists and are required to be CAN-SPAM compliant. Casino Coins in no way condones unsolicited bulk email and we do take SPAM very seriously.
I have already begun investigating the first post you made yesterday regarding SPAM to your gmail account. I have contacted the individual and they have assured me that they only send emails to addresses that opt-in. It would help me if you could please send the original email in tact, as an attachment, so I can further investigate.
As for the situation today, Casino Coins has nothing to do with the lists that affiliates acquire, if your email has been sold that is something you must take up with whatever program you believe to be at fault. I will, however, investigate the SPAM and advise the offending individual that if they do not cease sending to emails that have not opted-in, then their account will be blocked.
Cheers,
Nick
