I had the exact same problem as you. I had the username to the cashier but not the password. I couldnt retrieve it because of the emails didnt match. I sent a few PMs to Elliot and he changed the email at the cashier for me. After that I could get a new password.
Have you contacted the cashier support at PP? They use to answer emails quickly.

All emails and PM`s remain unanswered, they don´t want to help me or let me see what they have transferred or not from my IOG commisions.
