You should now see that you have player data on your account, specific to 2 players (your test account: “nothonest”, and that of another player). I am investigating the matter that you raised on the sub-affiliate data with RTG. I have checked other affiliate accounts with regards to that, and I am seeing sub-affiliate data for them. I will let you know what I find out regarding that.
I hope that this now confirms for you that the player data / stats is correct, and working as it should. As I have raised in my emails to you, the players you are referring to the casino are mainly seeking the free cash offers. My suggestion would be for you to avoid marketing the free offer, and rather expose your traffic to the deposit promotions the casino has on offer. As mentioned as well, I am more than happy to set up a unique deposit offer for you, should you feel that the current new player deposit offers would not appeal to your traffic.
All casinos are different, and will show different results, even with the same traffic. I am simply trying to find a way to make your traffic more profitable for you (and for the casino).
