If you compare the stats on the old platform to that of the new, then you will see that the stats for the current month on the new platform is correct. You are showing the same number of new sign-ups on the new platform stats as on that of the old. Why your players do not convert when other affiliates’ do? I don’t have the answer to that, but find it strange that only your stats would be incorrect when other affiliates are seeing conversion.
To make it clear: we will NOT be providing stats for months prior to August 2007 on the new stats platform. If your existing players are playing and generating revenue in the month of August, then you will see revenue in the month of August for those players on the new platform. That goes for sub-affiliate data as well. In addition, the new platform stats takes a little bit longer to update than the old platform (which is with RTG), but the data will end up being same in the end.
As for your account not updating when you change details, I will have that looked into to confirm that there are no problems, but I have been able to make changes to a number of test accounts we have set up.
