I’m talking about wirecard.com (the one poker affiliate was pushing for commission payouts). And yes it is a one time text message to a mobile phone of your choice as long as that choice is on their approved phone service provider list.
It appears you don’t need a mobile phone when signing up with wiredplastic.com
