just my two cents,
white labels are a lot more costly to get and you must have a decent marketing budget behind you, let alone an ability to bring in good amounts of players.
in my point of view, it is actually better to spend all that money on being an affiliate…some reasons why:
– you only concentrate on bringing in clients (seo, advertising, etc)
– you only need too worry about one side of the business and be able to indulge yourself into one niche
– you dont need to pay for operations costs
– you do not have any obligations
– you do not need to make any promotions
– you do not need to mail databeses of players, etc
– you do not need to give 25-45% to affiliates and then pay 10-30% of royalty fees to your software providers
generally, if you do the math…say affiliates get paid 30%, royalties amount to 15% and include operational costs, you are left with roughly 40% of profit – which is the same amount for being a good affiliate without all the mumbo jumbo…
let’s not forget that to get a white label you have significant start-up costs along with money you’ll need to put for advertising…
with the same budget you can do a lot more “damage” doing your own thing, even taking into account that you wont get paid for some players that aff. programs don’t track…
white labels are only good if you get masses of players…not below a couple hundred per month
i stand to be corrected of course, but that is my knowledge…
