We are an affiliate network and take care of our affiliates and therefore, their players. When we mediate a player payment, it is as a service and as a result of our commitment to our affiliates. We cannot however be held responsible for the casinos decisions regarding players that were not sent via affiliates.

I have been a gambling web master for quite a few years and I can tell you not only as a gambling web master but also as a player ( Not many people write down what portal they used to download a casino and sign up at) Then when they have a problem come back and write the portal owner for help)
There are a few people that do but most dont and that would be the only way a affiliate would be able to know if a person that was having a problem came through there site.
