No, that a legitimate incentive bonus, that is what manager bonuses are supposed to be.
If the bonus had been so high that it would have wiped out your earnings, or just ridiculously high (look at the 1000s of $ worth in some of the example) then it is exessive and a way of shaving. At RTG, where this manager bonus is funny money and doesn’t actually exist.
