Your whole argument hinges on that on past month we didn’t apply such promo credits.
I do not mean to be defiant, but if you would only post your stats for before May, you could help clear that what you are saying is the case. You posted your May, June and July stats, why don’t you post your January, February, March and April ones?
I really don’t want to be offensive, but I believe everyone has a right to see what was happening before, so they can see what change. I want to make sure you get all your money (and anyone else that is owed) and I know our stats can be confusing; so please help me clear this issue by posting these past stats.
I just want everything to be transparent so we can solve this issue.
