In previous months the Manager Credits and Coupons were not cancelling out my commission or I would have noted and reported the discrepency.
They are NOW.
Clearly the market is NOT the same as it was year ago. I understand that banking difficulties are causing cash flow issues for the casinos and this may be prompting behavior NOW that was not done in the past.
But just because times are tight is not an excuse to use the credits and coupons to cancel out affiliate commissions. I suspect that is what the underlying cause is, but again this is not an acceptable means for the casinos to reduce costs and moderate cash flow.
