Hi all, we wrote on this when it happened last week… Basically the analysis is that it is a good thing for the world poker community but probably won’t have much effect on American gambling laws, however when brought up for discussion on the house or senate floor a representative can at least reference the Danish case saying that a qualified judge in at least one other countriy has ruled poker is actually a game of skill… or, perhaps that won’t happen, but politicians will realize other countries are ruling it a game of skill and therefore may see it to be a fact.
