I am really sorry to hear that you are having problems with joining the program.
Unfortunately, the registration page, which is “controlled” by RTG does not support all browsers, and works best in Internet Explorer.
Please let me know if you are having the same probem with IE, and also send me all your info. What I will need is:
Company Name; Full Name; Email address; Preferred Username; Full Address; Telephone number; Preferred password.
