Sure there are a lot of problems. But I also think some programs/casinos use the gambling bill as a scape goat to pay players and affiliates in a timely manner all money due. I also think its fair to assume that any casino offering neteller and click2pay as a deposit and withdrawal option certainly has the ability to pay more than $3K a week. They are simply choosing not to do so. I could understand if a casino says they have a $3K limit for certain methods, but not across the board.
