Hi Professor,

I am sorry, but this is not making any sense. You say you sent us 13k in profit, yet only 7k in deposits. This doesn’t make sense, since it is IMPOSIBLE for us to profit more then your players deposited.

The “Net Win” is calculated as if your players had $25,000 in their accounts. And they did, but not $25K of real money, only $7k of real money. So if your players lost the $25k they had in their accounts; that would come up as $25k of “net win”, then 7K would have come up under “Net PROFIT”.

But that was not the case, since your players had $25K in their accounts (18 of which are “bonus money”) and they “lost” $13k, they still either have $12K in their accounts, or they withdrew that “money”. I can show you proof that your players withdrew and have in their accounts more then the $7k they deposited.

And about the bonus amounts; not all casinos offer high bonuses. As you can see these bonuses go over 400%, but they are not a conspiracy to deprive you of commissions, rather a tactic used to draw players into depositing.

If you find this bonus model is unprofitable then that is fine, but we are not shaving. And I would like to add that you had no problem with us giving high credits when your players were loosing a few month ago, but now that they won, all of a sudden this is an issue. In the past we offered your players the same ratio of deposits/credits, yet they lost, so you did earn money. Now we are still offering the same ratio of deposits/credits and they are winning, so you don’t earn money.

I mean no disrespect and I understand that in this industry there is a lot of distrust, many times rightfully so. But we DO NOT SHAVE OR STEAL. If you want to criticize us, go ahead and comment on the delay in payouts, or my non-responsiveness to emails since I have been alone, but I must defend the truth; we DO NOT shave. If you want proof, I will be more then glad to provide screen shots and whatever else you need to see the truth.

And if there is something I am missing, I will be more then glad to check it out and correct it; I am an honest person, and I would not work in a dishonest manner, so if money is owed, we will pay. I think this is all a misunderstanding due to confusing stats, but not dishonest ones. I am going home now, after a 12 hour day, I’ll be in tomorrow and will make sure I provide satisfaction to professor and anyone else that has doubts.:hattip:
