Why do they still have a section on this forum?

I learned from the Prof…. oh about 7 yrs ago….. the reasons for this is because if they weren’t still here … you wouldn’t be having your issue addressed would you?
Communication must be kept open.
Emails often go unanswered when these situations arise …. however when faced with not answering in a public forum …. especially one as visited as this one ….. you seem to get some attention you’d otherwise never see.
Hope that answers your question .. and don’t feel like it was out of line….. I asked the same years ago.
