Hi Guys,

I would like to clarify that our casino clients always pay all outstanding winnings and commissions. Admittedly they do have occasional delays but they always pay. Many of the complaints generated are as a result of being a high bonus casino which have many rules (sometimes frustrating) and many times attract bonus abusers, but that is not to say there are people that enjoy high bonuses for the right reasons and are valued and repeat customers. I would like to clarify that if you send your players to our casinos clients I will do my best to make sure they get every last dime that is rightfully theirs.

I will make sure to get satisfaction to both affiliates and their players, but only to the players of the affiliates. We are an affiliate network and take care of our affiliates and therefore, their players. When we mediate a player payment, it is as a service and as a result of our commitment to our affiliates. We cannot however be held responsible for the casinos decisions regarding players that were not sent via affiliates.
