If you can, post all of those affiliate links here (make them non-links, of course). Each affiliate program can then track him down, close his account, and *hopefully* transfer any new players he generated over to your account. Moving those players into your account would be the right thing to do, in my opinion. They are supposed to be your players, not his, after all.
