One explanation could be this:

Your referral may already have an account with another one of the Rewards casinos. Either they signed up through another affiliate, or they signed up directly (without an affiliate) in the past.

The original referrer gets ALL revenue generated by that player. It doesn’t matter if you refer them to a “different” casino within the group that they’ve never played at before.

When this happens, Rewards will “re-tag” the player and remove him from your account. That might be what you are seeing. (I can’t be 100% sure, though).

Maybe Yaniv or Renee can explain this a little better. :)

OK guys I’ll go through each persons post one by one and answer the questions…

This is incorrect. The last affilaite who referred the player keeps the player. We have always done this.

The ONLY reason a player will be removed from your account is if their account is locked for suspected fraud. If we find the player to be non fraudulent, their account is reopened and you will see them reappear in your stats. Obviously we can’t pay you on money we don’t actually receive, so if a player is found to be fraudulent, it is fair that we do not pay on those earnings. It’s just like all the other groups that give you a chargeback 1 or 2 months later. If we can catch these guys ASAP, it’s better to remove them than to let you get the commission and we take it back later. Does anyone disagree?

We are having a major problem with Rewards Affiliates, formerly Casino Rewards. This is the fourth time since our site has been running that very large players seem to mysteriously disappear. They sign up, and we watch our stats rise dramatically, almost four times what we have in our account for the month in one day. We get excited about the new large income, then, the next day those stats are gone and it’s as if the player never came.

Casino Gambling Web will be pulling all links to Rewards programs if this is not fixed within one week. If anyone would like to contact them and have them fix this, thanks. If not we will be publishing information on the corrupt nature of the program and the detriment they are to our industry.

Please, do not provide explanations, as the only explanation acceptable is an apology and a return of our earnings.

Thanks.

Mate if you send me through your affiliate id I can have a look at your account. The other thing I need to know is, have they been REMOVED from your stats, or have they simply stopped playing? There is a huge difference between the two and will help me tell you exactly what has happened.

Now all that said …. I point out there are many smarter ways of cheating an aff than letting them see a big income and then yanking it. think about it.

I just don’t see CR being dumb enough to take such a route.

Thank you.

CGW – please send me through your affiliate id. Let me check it out.

Also, I hope all affiliates know that I am an approachable person and you are welcome to email or CALL me anytime if you feel there is an issue. I have always and WILL always help all affiliates to the best of my ability, and if there comes a time where I can’t help I’ll pass you onto someone who can.
I have been with Rewards Affiliates for nearly 2 years now. I’d like to think that still being here after that long gives me enough credibility in the industry so that you guys don’t feel hesitant in contacting me for ANYTHING.

1. While there does seem to be a banking problem which is effecting their performance since March there has never been any question about Rewards Affiliates integrity. I am sure there is a reasonable explanation as to whats going on and that its not fraud.

Everyone has been affected by the recent ‘stuff’ (or should I call it shit?) and this time of year is typically slow too. There are ‘banking issues’ if that’s what we want to refer to it as, but this is across the board and not isolated to our group. There are affiliates who say we are doing crappy for them this month, and there are affiliates who are saying we are doing the best for them this month (or even ever). It’s different for each affiliate. It depends on how you send the traffic, what type of traffic you send, where they are from etc etc etc. The list goes on.

We are aggresively coming up with new ways to get these people back in and playing. Our retention team is working harder than ever these days. We are also getting our casinos in new languages that will help you target the rest of the market out there.

If there are any more questions please let me know.

Cheers
