I appreciate your comments and I understand this is harsh, but this has happened several times with our CGW account and a couple times on a to me on a personal level with Rewards and every time it happens I get a stock response from them explaining what ‘might’ have happened.
The reality is I feel that I check the stats so often that I get to see irregularities. If I were to not have checked our account for a couple days I would not have even seen this, so the question is, how many times has this happened before without us, or anyone for that matter, noticing.
