When this happens, Rewards will “re-tag” the player and remove him from your account. That might be what you are seeing. (I can’t be 100% sure, though).
Wow, I didn’t know they pulled a referback with our players. Just what I need, another program that is kind enough to let me sell a player on one of their casinos, then go and pay someone else for my efforts. I did not know this about rewards.
