I suggest actually reading the article and talking about something which you know about instead of making sweeping statements and linking to a wikipedia article on cloaking. (edit: oops i noticed you quoted it so you obv read some of it..)

anyway…

-So you have 2 identical sites running off the same ip. bluewidgets.com and redwidgets.com

– both are identical except red/blue word is different on each site respectively.

– hacking a server to serve both in 1 go (as it were) to different domains is not cloaking.

the same content is always displayed on bluewidgets.com and the other content on redwidgets.com as before – however this way it is easier to maintain – Let me reiterate: the SAME content is shown to each vistor/UA that visits each site respectively – hence no cloaking. nothing is being hidden from the search engines or selectively served.
