It states on their website that they pay VIP players $5000 per week (I’m a coolcat VIP:sarcasm:). Anyway, they approved a $2500 Withdrawl and said it would be paid by the end of this week. I asked why they state on their website that it is $5000 and only pay $2500. The reply was ‘that’s all we could send this week’.
I’ll see what happens with the next withdrawl. I agree with you that they will certainly drag this out. It’s certainly not a good business model and i can’t see how it helps them in retention. I admit i was drawn in by their generous bonus offers, but if you do happen to win, then they payouts are unsteady and slow. I believe this is where they fail big time.
i don’t want this to drag out over months, so if anybody is reading this and wants to “lend a hand”, it would be greatly appreciated.
