NO, cool cat does not pay players in any sort of timely fashion. What they will do is put you on a $500 per week payment plan. The problem will be that you only get paid once ever 6 weeks or so and this $14,000 will drag out over a year.
Perhaps if you find another affiliate on here that does big business with them you will get some help. Going through Chris is not going to help. He is knowingly going to not pay you. He is a professional foot dragger and will not be your best point of contact.

This was a no play no max bonus where they credited the account with $2000 in bonus money. It was for slots play only. I played for quite awhile in only their slot games.After I won, i called them to let them know. Since the bonus was non-cashable, they removed the $2000 immediately. As far as I know, there is no problem with the bonus, but rather their payments are backed up. I’d like to trust them and give them the benefit of the doubt.
