As I understand, Party found out players who got old accounts and then opened new one. So they removed all aff earnings for those new accounts. 2+2 has a big fuss as many rakeback programs (and players hence) suffered.
I was hit myself (about monthly earnings amount and looks like some active players were removed 
) though I never offered any incentives.
