In all fairness, they were the one Playtech program that mapped existing players back to the affiliates when they left the US – by transferring players and affiliates to Golden Casino, which continues to operate in the US.
Not sure if they are doing the same with Canadian players now.
All other playtech did not bother to do anything to preserve affiliate income and likely just sold the US playerbase keeping all the money.
