I am keeping tabs on this as best I can. I am told by a third (uninvolved observer) party that the court case will unravel more surprises.
The best we can hope for is that this will progress quickly, and that the outcome will enable better entities to buy the software itself.
If I didn’t like the software so much, I’d just write the whole thing off. I pulled them some time ago.
