I have a gambling page on myspace. Only a few hundred friends though because I dont pay it much attention.
You can make a very cool page if your good with css. You can cover up the entire default layout with your own as long as you comply with the terms. You cannot cover up the advertising banner on the top and you cant cover up the navigation or your account will get suspended.
