If it’s on US soil, it’s illegal. The government shut down a big hosting company in Florida a few months ago (I forget which one, but you can find it on this forum).
I don’t suggest Canada since they will usually follow the US. Also, look what Ontario has done.
I might suggest that you go with a British host that has their servers in Britain. If you need help finding one, just PM me.
