Well the “other side” isnt responding and barely speaks english when they do. This is the third operator they have had a problem with too. So while I was initially pissed at Hype and laying the full blame on them I am now leaning toward a rogue software provider ala FutureBet. It appears that small operators with good intentions get involved with PreferedPlayer and once they build up their business to a certain level then BANG! problems. Guess who retains the client database through all of this? And its built at no cost to themselves.
