Tornadoes do suck.
I used to live in Edmonton, my dad the genius set our townhouse on fire one night when I was still pretty young. The fire was huge and burned the place down. But it was an actual blessing in disguise.
After we moved the next friday which was known as black friday there a series of tornados that hit the exact same area killed 27 people, injured more than 300 people, destroyed more than 300 homes, and caused more than $330 million in property damage at four major disaster sites.
We’ve also had some tornados hit a small town north of here, but they really haven’t been bad these past couple of years. I also think they are nothing compared to hurricanes.
What drives me crazy, is whenever there’s a tornado warning, a lot of parents here seem to intentionally send their children out to play at the park. I think those parents are actually wishing for something.
