Screwing I see as sneeking it in. Announcing it and dealing with it publicly and responding to discussion I see as trying to introduce.
Big difference. And they not only ended up not using those T&Cs, but putting other items up for OUR vote to help design a program we all want.
So it took some negotiations. That’s ok, it is NON-RESPONSIVE and HIDDEN t&c changes that are trouble. If a program ends up letting us vote on things, that’s cool IMO.
