It’s an awkward situation. “BCP” isn’t certified and in their present state we couldnt certify them. They seem to be reluctant to reveal their real ownership and management and they dont really have enough resources in that “division” to adequately service affiliates.
Like I said, its an awkward situation/compromise that was created by UIGEA thats probably doing the best it can with what its got…. I am sure they DO read these threads but they cant do much about them….
