Under all our banking links you can see what methods are/are not available to US based players.
What we are seeing is some players being able to purchase using one payment method whereas others can’t using the same payment method — so there are no instructions we can give to insure a player’s payment goes through.
EcoCard and Click2Pay seem to be somewhat more reliable for us, but again this is not consistent.
Our retention team have been making calls to players daily who’s payments are not going through.
