I didnt want to be so bold as Lou but I agree. I recently sold a website for $18000 and was making between $6k and 10k a month .I kept the affiliate accounts and new owner expected to take 10 months to get his investment back. It has been 3 months and he has made about $8k so he is happy and so am I . I think any more than $50k would be a gift but that is just my opinion .
