Yes, I know, I thought they had the best support before these issues started to come out. We were always really satisfied with all their work.
But this is about the 4th issue, the first 3 was BetDirect, my players just found their accounts locked the same way. In one case I had to email Kate and the issue was solved within 2 days or so.
So I am also shocked about it, but it has been happening lately, and not only with my account.
