i 2nd your call in terms of brightshare. they have good payment processors at hand for US players. not only that, they are converting well with players from other countries too.
as to casino rewards, they seem to have issues with payment processing with US players this month. my income has fallen more than tenfold this month with them (see this thread ).
thus imho, brightshare are dealing with US payments alright, CR seem to be having some serious issues.
