So you are saying that he will introduce a bill which lifts the ban on ALL BANK TRANSACTIONS, but the rest of the bill would stay – such as that it is illegal for offshore gambling websites to accept wagers?
I am starting to be affraid of this guy. To repeal the UIGEA is one thing, but to write your own bill…who knows what could come out of it once the lobbies kick in…
