Not really. We are assimiliating the Chinese. Capitalism has been consuming them from within over the past 20 years. In time they will be fully controlled by special interest money just like the US, UK, Australia and Canada are. They will be a mirror image of us and dancing on the same puppet strings we do.
We did it to the mighty Soviet Union and China and India will be no different. Money and greed conquers all it seems.
