Yes, It is Spam email from directories, its confirmed that you have submitted your site to their directory.
I think this is first time you using directory submission, so you kinda confused.
i submit your both site with my hand. You Recieved mass email from directories.
so its easy to understand i have submitted your site.
I have emailed you with excel report. check that, and go throw each directory, you will find the answer.
