From my understanding this was the time frame to come up with the procedures for banks to block or identify online gambling related transactions. In the mean time a lot of changes and steps have been taken to find alternate ways of transfering funds, so all we can do is sit back and watch what happens and then adapt and find more creative ways to sustain the industry.
