For the affiliate end you might need to follow up with the three. They are kind of how Bodog was a couple years ago. Very selective on affiliates and don’t respond to all applications. It is worth the follow up with each though, especially Bet Jamiaca. Bet Jam’s customer service does a great job with players and has very good retention. The affiliate support is also great with lots of banner sizes, custom banners etc at each once you get your foot in the door. Not great service on the affiliate end until approved.
