First of all thank you so much Professor for clearing things up.
To Maxus,
We have to say again, that you are not an active affiliate. For one simple reason – you have not sent even a CLICK since: 13.5 months ago in Palace of Chance, 6 months in Cirrus, 8.5 months in CoolCat and 9.5 months in Club Player. There’s a record of your payments, which shows each single payment paid to you fully until the recent closure of the account. We found at least three emails, all of them dated between December and January, where we try to get a hold of you several times, because we could not locate you for the payment. It only proves that you were not even logging into your account, or checking on your activity. If we would not have reminded you about picking up your commission with us, we are afraid you would have never contacted us at all. If we were trying to steal some money from you, we would not have contacted you, and then we would have avoided all this discussion on the forum. It was really easy to close your account back then, and make you forget about us for ever. However, that’s not what we did.
The facts are already on the table. We were paying you AFTER you
stopped sending traffic YOU ADMITED THAT YOURSELF. 4 clicks and 2 downloads
sent after we deactivated your account DO NOT COUNT as an effort, you did
not put up our banners, or put in any effort to market us.
The main problem we are having with you is that instead of WORKING WITH US so that you can be unquestionably in title to all of the commissions, you continue creating a bigger problem, by accusing us and not trying to negotiate. We are a partnership and you have forgotten that.
To everyone:
As Professor said, affiliate business is about partnership, and we believe
that we have made every effort to ferment this partnership with our
affiliates, Maxus included. If we feel that our partners are working WITH
us, we will make every effort to work with them to their benefit (the $3k we
sent Maxus after remaining inactive so long testifies to this). Natalie even
sent an email yesterday to Maxus regarding a possible solution.
To Engineer, Kwblue, and the27offsuit,
We understand your position about our terms and conditions and I respect you
for having your opinion. PLEASE RESPECT US TOO. Even though you don’t like
us, we are an honest and hard working program that pays our affiliates
hundreds of thousands of dollars while providing top notch support.
We do not cheat; we DO NOT breach our terms and conditions. There are
affiliate programs that DO cheat their affiliates by breaching of their own
terms and conditions; we are NOT one of those. The way you have been talking
about us, makes us sound like one of those thieves, which we are not. Do you
really feel this type of miss-information is good for the industry?
Please try to stay objective. If you want to warn one of our affiliates of a
condition you dislike, that is great, but please do it in an objective way,
resisting the use of pejoratives. Saying that we are scummy, that we steal,
that everyone should drop us is not objective, or informative, quite the
opposite.
As we have gone over, you may not like our terms, but we are entitled to
placing the contract we feel right to do business with. Our program has
plenty of good things. The controversial rule is not an inconvenient to so
many of our affiliates that earn so much. Even TheGooner admits to promote a
program with a similar term.
To bonustreak,
It’s sad to see facts are not going to stop you from trying to bash us. If
you would only read the thread, you will notice Maxus HIMSELF admitted we
were paying long after he stopped promoting us.
To Professor, Gooner and Dominique,
Thank you for you valiant efforts to separate fact from fiction.
Best regards,
Natalie & Nicolas.
