Maxus I spoke with Natalie and she is going through the system and determining what she can do. You will be paid on players you acquired PRIOR to the terms and conditions changes that now require you to actively promote them to qualify for payment. She agreed that enacting the active affiliate rule retroactively was not acceptable.
You will not be paid on any players acquired after the new terms were instituted since you are not active.
I sincerely believe if you had been making a good faith effort to promote their brands then this problem would not have occured. If you have earned thousands of dollars with the program in the past and are still continuing to collect money from them I cant figure out why its such a huge problem to throw up a few banners and attract a depositing player or two, hell those new players might earn you thousands more too.Two click throughs is NOT traffic or any effort being made and you know that.
While I dont like minimum player requirements and wouldn’t personally sign up for a program with them in place I do feel that affiliate marketing is a partnership. When you decide you no longer want to be a partner with a program these sort of things are prone to happen.
Once Natalie has figured out what you are eligble to receive she will let us know and we will ensure you are paid that amount.
